Bill Title: Amends the General Assembly Compensation Act. Provides that if the General Assembly is convened in special session by the Governor or the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the Senate President for a purpose related to the State budget, members of the General Assembly shall not be eligible to file or collect per diem or mileage payments for their participation in the special session. Effective immediately.
