Bill Title: Creates the Educational Credit for Military Experience Act. Requires that public institutions of higher education adopt a policy regarding their award of academic credit for military training considered applicable to the requirements of the student's certificate or degree program. Sets forth certain requirements for the policy and for the institution. Requires public institutions of higher education to submit their policies for review by the Board of Higher Education or the Illinois Community College Board, as applicable, before June 30 of every other year. Requires the Board of Higher Education to collect data to assess enrollment and completions outcomes.
