Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Pension Code. Removes provisions added by Public Act 94-356 concerning the transfer of creditable police service under the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund to a downstate police pension fund (and cross references to those provisions) and opens a window during which police officers may transfer the creditable service under different terms and conditions. Amends the State Mandates Act to require implementation without reimbursement. Effective immediately.
