Bill Title: Amends the Criminal Code of 2012. Provides that it is unlawful for any person to knowingly make a video record or transmit live video of another person in that other person's residence, in a location on that other person's residence in which that other person has a reasonable expectation of privacy, without that person's consent when the recording or transmission is made outside that person's residence by use of an audio or video device that records or transmits from a remote location. Provides that a violation is a Class 4 felony.
