Bill Title: Amends the School Code. In provisions concerning educational service centers, changes references relating to comprehensive personal health and safety education and comprehensive sexual health education to family life - sex education. Repeals provisions concerning comprehensive personal health and safety and comprehensive sexual health education. Instead, adds provisions concerning sex education, family life, and instruction on diseases. Makes changes in the Chicago School District Article concerning HIV training, including providing AIDS training instead. Makes conforming changes.
