Bill Title: Amends the Workers' Compensation Act. Changes the compensation rates for certain accidental injuries to the levels that existed before Public Act 94-277 took effect. Removes language requiring employers to make payments on annual adjustments to the compensation rate in awards for permanent total disability for every accident occurring on or after July 20, 2005 but before November 11, 2005 (the date Public Act 94-695 took effect). Directs the Workers' Compensation Medical Fee Advisory Board to develop a fee payment schedule for procedures, treatments, and services covered under the Act based upon fees for such procedures, treatments, and services authorized under Medicare. Makes other changes.
