Bill Title: Amends the Motor Vehicle Franchise Act. Provides that a manufacturer may not require a motor vehicle dealer to make available any secondary product or prohibit a motor vehicle dealer from offering a secondary product. Defines "secondary product" to mean all products that are not new motor vehicles or original equipment manufacturer parts.
