Bill Title: Amends the Miscellaneous Collateral Provisions Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Provides that effective January 1, 2022, all employees of the Chicago Transit Authority shall contribute to the Retiree Health Care Trust in an amount not less than 1% (instead of 3%) of compensation.
