Bill Title: Amends the Liquor Control Act of 1934. Creates a craft distiller license. Establishes fees for the license. Provides that a craft distiller license, which may only be held by a class 1 craft distiller licensee or class 2 craft distiller licensee but not held by both a class 1 craft distiller licensee and a class 2 craft distiller licensee, shall grant all rights conveyed by either: (i) a class 1 craft distiller license if the craft distiller holds a class 1 craft distiller license; or (ii) a class 2 craft distiller licensee if the craft distiller holds a class 2 craft distiller license. Removes a provision authorizing a class 1 craft distiller license or class 2 craft distiller license to be issued to a licensed distiller. Provides that a broker's license shall be required of all persons who offer to retailers to ship or cause to be shipped or to make contact with craft distillers in order that alcoholic liquors be shipped to a distributor, importing distributor, or foreign importer. Makes conforming changes. Effective immediately.
