Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that if petitions for nomination to be elected to an office have been filed for the same person for 2 or more offices that are incompatible, that person must withdraw as a candidate for all but one of those offices within the 5 business days following the last day for petition filing. If that person fails to withdraw as a candidate within that time, the person's name shall not be certified, nor printed on the ballot, for any office.
