Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Lottery Law. Provides that the Division of the State Lottery of the Department of Revenue shall establish a one-year pilot program to place authorized lottery ticket dispensing machines in all rest areas in the State. Allows the Division to adopt any rules necessary for the administration of this pilot program. Effective immediately.
