Summary

Amends the IMRF Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Amends the State Mandates Act to require implementation without reimbursement. Allows for establishment of creditable service for unused sick leave with school districts and other specified educational entities even if the employee was not in service with the employer within 60 days of the effective date of his or her retirement annuity. Makes other related changes. Effective immediately.
