Summary

Amends the Department of Natural Resources Act. Provides that, within 60 days after the Department receives notice that a private entity has materially breached a contract with the Department, the Department shall file suit in circuit court, in the county where the alleged breach occurred or where any party to the action resides, against that entity for breach of contract.
