Summary

Reinserts the provisions of the bill as introduced, with the following changes: (1) provides that the Department of Natural Resources shall have flags at State parks within 5 years after the effective date of the amendatory Act; and (2) provides that donations related to costs of flags and flagpoles may be made by individuals and groups to the Department's Special Projects Fund.
