Summary
Amends the Nurse Practice Act. Provides that the scope of practice of an advanced practice registered nurse with full practice authority includes prescribing up to a 120-day supply of benzodiazepines without a consultation relationship with a physician. Provides that thereafter, continued prescription of benzodiazepines shall require a consultation with a physician. Makes other changes.
