Summary

Proposes to amend the Legislature Article of the Illinois Constitution. Requires that a bill, amendment, or resolution (i) that is sponsored by at least 16 Representatives must be voted on by a committee of the House of Representatives or (ii) that is sponsored by at least 8 Senators must be voted on by a committee of the Senate. Effective upon being declared adopted.
