Summary

Amends the Abused and Neglected Child Reporting Act. Requires any person who witnesses a sex offense committed against a child, as such sex offenses are defined in the Criminal Code of 1961, to immediately report the offense to the appropriate local law enforcement agency. Effective immediately.
