Summary
Amends the Illinois Lottery Law. Provides that if, in any fiscal year, appropriations have not been made that ensure the availability of funds to pay prizes to the holders of winning tickets or shares during that fiscal year, the Department of the Lottery shall suspend the sale of lottery tickets and shares until those appropriations have been made. Effective immediately.
