Summary

Amends the Fish and Aquatic Life Code. Provides that commencing with the 2013 license year, the requirement that resident veterans are required to have served abroad or been mobilized by the President of the United States to receive a discounted fishing license is removed. Amends the Wildlife Code. Provides that commencing with the 2013 license year, the requirement that resident veterans are required to have served abroad or been mobilized by the President of the United States to receive a sportsmen's combination license or a hunting license for resident veterans 65 or older is removed. Effective April 1, 2013.
