Summary

Amends the Illinois Sports Facilities Authority Act. Requires the Authority to post any proposed agreements or contracts authorized under the Act, or any addenda thereof, to its website 5 days prior to entering into the proposed contract or agreement. Further requires the Authority to post to its website the detailed written report and findings required under the Act promptly following entering into a management agreement, an assistance agreement, or other agreement or contract authorized under the Act. Amends the State Mandates Act to require implementation without reimbursement by the State. Effective immediately.
