AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3658
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3658 as follows:
on page 2, line 4, by replacing "$5,000" with "$1,000"; and
on page 2, line 4, after "less.", by inserting "For the
purposes of this definition, the value of the item shall
reflect its depreciated value, as determined by the
administrator.".
