Bill Title: Amends existing law to provide that the sheriff shall issue a concealed weapons license for the purpose of reciprocity, to remove a provision relating to dates when a license was issued, to remove provisions relating to places where a person shall not carry a concealed weapon without a license and to revise provisions relating to persons who may carry a concealed weapon without a license.
