Bill Title: Amends existing law relating to the Public Employee Retirement System to provide that any organizations, other than those composed of units of government of Idaho, as a condition of meeting the definition of "employer" for purposes of the public employee retirement system, and participating in the public employee retirement system, shall be subject to the same public records provisions as set forth in sections 9-337 through 9-347, Idaho Code, as any public agency or independent public body corporate and politic in the state of Idaho.
