IT
ENACTED
BY
THE
GENERAL
ASSEMBLY
OF
THE
STATE
OF
IOWA:
Section
1.
Section
321I.7,
subsection
5,
Code
2023,
is
amended
to
read
as
follows:
5.
A
county
recorder
or
a
license
agent
designated
by
the
director
pursuant
to
section
483A.11
may
issue
all-terrain
vehicle
and
off-road
utility
vehicle
registration
renewals
electronically
pursuant
to
rules
adopted
by
the
commission.
The
fee
for
a
registration
renewal
issued
using
an
electronic
system
is
fifteen
dollars
plus
an
administrative
fee

.
