THE
GENERAL
ASSEMBLY
OF
THE
STATE
OF
IOWA:
Section
1.
Section
321.208,
subsection
2,
paragraph
d,
Code
2020,
is
amended
to
read
as
follows:
d.
A
felony
or
aggravated
misdemeanor
involving
the
use
of
a
motor
vehicle
,
other
than
an
offense
involving
manufacturing,
distributing,
or
dispensing
a
controlled
substance
a
felony
or
aggravated
misdemeanor
otherwise
provided
for
in
this
section
.

Section
321.208,
Code
2020,
is
amended
by
adding
the
following
new
subsection:

the

used
a

vehicle
in
the
commission
of
a
