A BILL FOR AN ACT
RELATING TO THE UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 304A-2603, Hawaii Revised Statutes, is repealed.
["[§304A-2603] Revenue bonds.
The board of regents is authorized to issue sufficient amounts of revenue bonds
pursuant to [subpart D] for the purpose of providing adequate parking
structures or other facilities."]
SECTION 2. Statutory material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2017.
