A BILL FOR AN ACT
RELATING TO INSURANCE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Act 152, Session Laws of Hawaii 2017, is amended by amending section 12 to read as follows:
"SECTION
12. This Act shall take effect on July
1, 2017; provided that sections 7, 8, and 9 shall take effect on [January 1,
2019.] January 1, 2020."
SECTION 2. Statutory material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New statutory material is underscored.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 2018.
