A BILL FOR AN ACT
relating to suicide prevention and awareness month.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Act 36, Session Laws of Hawaii 2019, is amended by amending section 4 to read as follows:
"SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect on July 1, [2050.]
2024."
SECTION 2. Statutory material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New statutory material is underscored.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
