Summary

Establishes the Hawaii electricity reliability administrator special fund. Increases the carryover balance of the public utilities commission special fund to $3,000,000 and transfers a portion of that balance to the Hawaii electricity reliability administrator special fund. Appropriates funds into and out of the special fund. Effective 6/30/3000. (HD2)
