Summary

Requires the Department of Accounting and General Services to purchase only zero-emission vehicles for its motor pool fleet beginning on 1/1/22. Requires the Department of Accounting and General Services, in coordination with other state agencies, to submit to the Legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the regular session of 2022 a plan to convert the State's motor pool fleet to zero emissions vehicles. (SD2)
