Summary

Allows a defendant who has been convicted of three misdemeanors in the Ewa Beach area, Kapolei area, or Waianae area to be sentenced to a probationary term of geographic restriction during which the defendant shall be prohibited during certain hours from entering the specific area in which the acts occurred. Mandates imprisonment of 30 days for a violation of the geographic restriction.
