Summary

Establishes a digital identification pilot program to be implemented by the director of transportation and administered by the examiner of drivers for each county. Requires the director of transportation to acquire or develop a mobile application that displays digital identification required for drivers' licenses and civil identification cards. Repeals on June 30, 2022.
