Summary

Mandates implementation of recommendations made by the office of the auditor to the department of health regarding advance disposal fee glass containers and glass recycling. Requires the department of health to report on its implementation of the recommendations to the legislature. Appropriates funds to the department of health to conduct a cost-benefit analysis of combining the glass processing streams of the advance disposal fee glass containers and deposit beverage containers. Effective 6/1/2050. (SD2)
