Summary

Appropriates funds to increase the funding for applied behavioral analysis services for persons with autism. Requires the Department of Human Services to obtain maximum federal matching funds and pursue all other funding sources. Declares that the general fund expenditure ceiling is exceeded. Takes effect 12/31/2050. (SD1)
