Summary

Requires the Hawaii health systems corporation to partner with a non-profit organization in the Kau district in the county of Hawaii, such as the Kau Rural Health Community Association, Inc., in order to conduct a needs assessment to determine the demand for and access to urgent care and outpatient behavioral health services in the Kau district. Requires the Hawaii health systems corporation to report its findings and recommendations to the 2023 legislature.
