Summary

Repeals the Joint Formulary Advisory Committee established by the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs. Allows the Board of Nursing to be the sole authority that determines the exclusionary formulary for qualified advanced practice registered nurses with prescriptive authority. (CD1)
