Summary
Allows the chair of the Hawaiian Homes Commission, with unanimous consent of the Commission, to suspend administrative rules for the purpose of awarding a lease to a native Hawaiian who has been on the waitlist for at least twenty years. Repeals June 30, 2017. Effective July 1, 2050. (SB2793 HD1)
