Summary

Establishes a compliance program within the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands to investigate complaints, conduct investigations, and cooperate with law enforcement authorities to ensure compliance with laws. Appropriates moneys. Declares that the general fund expenditure ceiling is exceeded. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD2)
