Summary

Requires the department of health to examine into all feral bird and pigeon nuisance complaints and requires the department to order the owner to abate, destroy, remove, or prevent the nuisance and clean the filth resulting from a feral bird or pigeon nuisance. Defines "feral bird or pigeon nuisance".
