Summary

Extends the pesticide subsidy program manager position, including the civil service and collective bargaining exemptions for the position, until June 30, 2022, in order to provide assistance to local coffee farmers for coffee berry borer pesticide costs incurred through the final year of the program. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD2)
