Summary

Authorizes the Department of Budget and Finance to issue special purpose revenue bonds to assist Hawaiian Legacy Reforestation Initiative, LLC, in its mission to proliferate a sustainable model of endemic reforestation, ecosystem revitalization, endangered species recovery, and carbon credit sequestering. (CD1)
