Summary

Establishes a full-time permanent position within the Department of Health to facilitate the licensing of home care agencies. Extends the sunset date of Act 21, Special Session Laws of Hawaii 2009, which required home care agencies to be licensed by the department of health and made various conforming amendments. Effective 6/29/2050 (section 3 effective 7/1/2050). (SD1)
