Summary

Establishes the Hawaii emergency food assistance program and Hawaii emergency food assistance program special fund to be administered by the department of agriculture and appropriates moneys into the fund to provide food to certain residents during governor-declared states of emergency. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD2)
