Summary

Amends the offense of promoting pornography for minors to include the dissemination of pornographic material to another person who is known to be or represents to be a minor under the age of eighteen; and adds the offense of promoting child abuse in the third degree to the information charging law. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD1)
