Summary

Requires the Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation, in collaboration with the County of Maui and any other private entities the Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation and County of Maui deem necessary, to submit a report to the Legislature regarding the transfer of the rights for certain small boat harbors on Maui. Appropriates moneys and three full-time equivalent positions under the Department of Law Enforcement to provide security at small boat harbors on Maui. Appropriates funds. Takes effect 7/1/2050. (SD1)
