Appropriates moneys to establish an unspecified number of fulltime equivalent information technology specialist positions within the Department of Human Resources Development and upgrade information technology systems within the Department of Human Resources Development, including network upgrades; purchase and install desktop computers, workstations, and laptops; and train personnel. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD1)
