Summary
Appropriates funds for the department of transportation to develop, in conjunction with the appropriate counties, a pilot program to use noise detection traffic cameras to address excessive traffic noise in urban areas in counties with a population of more than five hundred thousand. Requires report to the legislature. Sunsets 12/31/2025. Effective 6/30/3000. (HD1)
