Summary
Authorizes the BLNR to extend, in addition to hotel and resort leases, commercial and industrial leases for the purpose of substantial improvements to the leased premises. Extends BLNR's authority to extend leases until December 31, 2017. Effective July 1, 2050. (HB2634 HD1)
