Summary

Authorizes the Department of Health to coordinate with each county water department to establish a low interest loan program for the upgrade or conversion of cesspools in each county to septic systems, aerobic treatment unit systems, for connection to an existing sewer system, or other wastewater treatment system approved by the Department. (HB2540 HD2)
