Summary

To facilitate meeting quorum requirements, reduces Neurotrauma Advisory Board membership from twenty-one to eleven members while maintaining representation of all existing parties. Clarifies quorum and voting requirements and allows the Director of Health to add members from state and county who work in neurotrauma. (HB2304 CD1)
